Stone Harbor Mall surf shop trading as Home of Wetsuit World, and by its own description the island's only full-service surf shop. Ding and complex board repairs are handled in-house rather than sent out. Turnaround is quoted case by case, depending on how deep the damage runs and how wet the board still is -- a board straight out of the water has to dry before work can start. Leash and fin installation is free and usually done while you wait, though that is a retail fitting service rather than structural leash-plug or fin-box repair. Alongside repair the shop runs surfboard and boogie board rentals, private lessons and the Stone Harbor summer surf camp, carries new and consigned used boards, and is the region's largest factory-direct retailer for Henderson USA wetsuits.
